Poor service and dishonest

I ordered a small pizza online through Uber eats The order was to be delivered at 2h20,after numerous attempts of contacting them the guy answering the phone keeps miss leading me that the pizza is two minutes away, he further says I shouldn't order via Uber eats in future as they don't have drivers allocated to their store.. If that's the case why don't they remove themselves from the app or why did they accept my order.. It is now 16h22 I still don't have my order and they are refusing to cancel my order..
