Not delivered

I ordered medium pizza online from the pretoria CBD franchise on a Sunday 24th February at about 15pm and it was not delivered and I was never communicated by the franchise.

On Monday 25 February at around 15pm I contacted the store for an enquiry and the lady that answered told me I will receive my pizza in a short while but I should be waiting to pay delivery fee of r10. 00.

At 17pm my order is still not delivered and when I call the very same lady says to me "ah sesi, I'll call you back".. Rebels pizza took my money and have not delivered from their part and to think that whenever they decide or feel to order I will still pay an extra 10.00 after 24 hours surely this can't be part of how they claim they give best pizza that no one can beat since they don't deliver
