Horrible service at Rebels Pizza

I am so disappointed at the service I got from Rebels Pizza. It is unfortunate that I received bad service from them twice in one week.

But I will focus on today's event (28-08-2020). I ordered pizza at 18:35pm on their whatsapp line. After not getting feedback from them, I decided to call them. Finally they took the order. I waited for 2 hours (since its month end, I gave them the benefit of doubt). After two hours of waiting I called to follow up on my order, only to find that they lost the order. I had promised my kids pizza, now I have to come up with a better and urgent plan. Rebels Pizza is really failing its customers!!!! They don't deserve a single star.
