Food still not delivered, I want my money back

Poor service, I ordered 3 pizzas and I they didn't deliver, I ordered at 17:30 and its 9 I'm still waiting for the food, they store is not answering the phone and the uber driver's number or info is not even on the app, I want my money back ASAP, I will never order from Westgate ever again.
