Doing a full 180

<p>I have bought pizza from Rebels pizza multiple times. The loyalty card systems works well and I always claim the day of the last stamp, and have been doing it for years now. This is why it is really sad that I have to struggle when I try to do this once more and they refuse, stating that "We have never done it like that before." They said that it is impossible for me to get the 15th stamp and get my two free pizzas the same evening. I have to buy the two pizzas and come claim the stamp, and then I am allowed to claim the pizzas.</p> <p>I tried to ask why I cannot place an order for the two pizzas and get my stamp, and then just use my loyalty card with all 15 stamps after I bought it, but the manager simply stated that that is not allowed since you cannot do that Mondays to Wednesdays and it has always been like that (also a lie because I alwayse eat pizza either Tuesday or Wednessday, and always claim it on these days).</p> <p>When they eventually got tired of me asking why they keep changing the rules, they said that they would make an exception for me and give me the two pizzas another problem occured. To give some background, the loyalty card give two medium pizzas up to the value of R75, but only 3 Pizzas areR60 and the rest are more expensive. Usually I pay in extra to get a more expensive pizza, which they never have a problem with...until now. When I tried to pay in extra they once again refused, saying they never do it that way. After asking why the manager finally just put the phone down in the corner and ignored me. I kept on asking if someone was there, and I could here people in the background, but I was ignored completely.</p> <p> </p> <p>The only reason this did not get a one is because that I usually do not have these problems.</p>
