Disgusting service

Ordered via their what’s app 1 hour 40 min still not delivered phoned the branch (jackal creek) to Enquire I’m told they will contact the driver and get back to us nothing I phone again and have the phone slammed down in my ear phone once more ask to speak to the manager I’m told they will contact the driver again I then ask for head offices number in left holding for ages then the phone is put down again I am totally disgusted with this service
