Bad pizza

Very disappointed we ordered 2 pizzas on Saturday evening. We got there they never gave us a slip just a number 90 it was at rebels lyttelton. As arriving I decided to get a ficasia as well as we got home the 3 pizzas were burned and one tasted like dough I ordered a 3 cheeses it was burned no flavor and then a caramelized onion the onions were soggy and ficasia tasted like dough I was really upset wanted to complain on there website but keep throwing me off. Will not support soon again
