Bad and unorganized service

I really know how strict covid rules are but letting people stand in the middle of the parking lot and messing order for order up is just very unprofessional. It is very unorganized and no one looks like their know what their doing. You have to stand outside and call them inside hearing the phone ringing for about 7 minutes!! Really not impressed with this service!????
