2 hours wait for cold pizza only to get Pizza Hut

If I could go lower that 1 star I totally would. We ordered once from rebels pizza and it was great when te tried to order again now the ordering process not only took 15 min but it took them a hour and 15 minutes just to deliver the pizza whilst ordering I asked them to bring a card machine. When they eventually got here the pizza was cold the driver had a I don’t care attitude so I proceeded to pay for the cold pizza the card machine did not work we then called the store to ask what we could do the manager of the store then said the driver must go back to get another machine, the driver was adamant to not want to go back to get another machine and kept trying to make the payment go through. While waiting the my pizza started to get colder and colder annoyed the driver then left to go and get another machine this is nearly 2 hours later! We called the manger to ask what’s going on and what’s happening, we complained that the pizza was cold and when we ordered the pizza we asked for a card machine the manger came up with nothing! I will never order or support rebels pizza again after struggling for 2 hours! We ordered from Pizza Hut and got way better service and the pizza was delivered in less than 30min hot and amazing! Watch out Rebels pizza you guys aren’t the only guys in town! And with your service people would much rather enjoy another company.
