Rebellion Projects: Rebels with no project delivery

Rebellion Projects stole from us. On 08/10/2024, we paid them R25000 for the construction of a chicken house. They said it would be ready within two weeks, two weeks past and when we contacted they told as chicken house wasn't ready. In November 2024, they informed us that the chicken house was ready for delivery and asked us to pay a further R2000, which we duly paid. By December the chicken house had still not been delivered, so we asked for our money back. They have been promising to pay us back on the 15th of every month since then, but do date they have not refunded us. It's now May and they have told us that they will refund us of the 15 of June.
