An example of the great service: Last year I have returned a very cheap headset due to some problems after using it for 5 months (1 Year warranty). Rebel Tech paid the courier costs for the headset to be picked up from my place and the costs to deliver the repaired item to my place again. Courier costs were the same as the price of the headset.

I have bought R30k worth of items from them in the past and never had any problems!
