Rebeltech return policy *****

I ordered a Motherboard, cpu and ram from Rebeltech, the items arrived but was faulty, I send it back and had to pay the couriers costs, they send it back again and still not working, I send it back to them again and Jonathan said that they found it is a compatibility problem and that is not their mistake so they are sending it back to me at my cost, faulty, loose R 3000 and by the way, have a nice day ! When I selected the mb, ram and cpu I asked them if it should work together and they Justin Becker rep**** that everything will work together just fine. Now they cant help me and sending the faulty products back, and by the way with another R 410 couriers fees to ship defective products back, total cost on couriers more than a R 1000 now. Just a note, these items were send back to them the very day I received it, no time was wasted. My advice, don't buy from them, they only care to take your money and then you are on your own, their refund and return policies on their website is just a bluff. Well I am not leaving it here, my Attorney will deal with them.
