Great support for a broken product

I ordered an Asus router and installed it. a day or 2 later(cant remember) it broke, something wrong with the firmware. I emailed Rebel Tech and they were very helpful and sent a courier to me for pickup. As luck would have it my router broke just when the suppliers were out of stock. I did not blame Asus or Tebel Tech for the router breaking as these things happen. A couple later (today) i recieved a new router and could not be happier. A couple people helped me at Rebel Tech, Kayleigh,Rune and Jon.
