Fantastic Service and Support from Albert

<p>I ordered the new Gigabyte 1060 G1 Gaming graphics card from Rebel Tech, and on receiving my order (professionally done by MDS), I couldn't install the card and my computer wouldn't go past the BIOS. I phoned them and they immediately put me through to their technician Albert. He pretty much instantly knew it was my old BIOS drivers that needed updating. I followed his advice, and I now have a working card. The management at Rebel Tech needs to know that, as a customer, good technical support is worth more than money (in a sense).</p> <p> </p> <p>Great stuff, and Rebel Tech now has a new permanent customer.
