Exponential Service

I recently bought for the first time from Rebel Tech and received a headset that had an out of the box failure.

Afterwords I got in contact with them over email and spoke to Johathan who was a big help.

Kayleigh helped me with the book in of the damaged headset to send it for repairs and Justin arranged for the collection and delivery and lastly Rune who gave confirmation for the swap out of the headset.
