Exceptional service

This company, in my opinion, is the best online computer store when it comes to client service.

I have used more than 5 different online computer suppliers over the years but the sales system of Rebel Tech is really exceptional. The email updates are very informative so that I knew exactly where my order was in the process and when I should be expecting to receive it. The whole process also runs very smoothly and is very swift. They also don't ask for payment until they check stock availability so that the correct amounts are paid for the order the first time.

The biggest congratulations however is the fact that I needed parts that they did not stock and so I placed an order with one of their competitors at the same time on the same day, paid the competitor a day earlier (due to the stock check that gets carried out first) and I still received my order from them a whole day earlier than their competitor. This was also during the busiest time of the year and the time taken from when I paid for the order to the order being delivered was only 2 days which is really exceptional.
