Did they even test it?

I had a motherboard that went in for diagnostics/repairs due to some faulty issues. It is under warranty.<br> <br> THEY SAID the supplier was in Durban and that they would send it through for testing.<br> WHAT HAPPENED was a week later when I enquired about it, they said their technician was not in to test it.<br> So is the testing done in Joburg or Durban, or was that a lie?<br> <br> What I had issues with is that I couldn't boot into Windows, regardless of all the hardware changes I've made. Changed the CPU, RAM, HDD, GFX cards, etc. I made it very clear in the instructions when they kept asking what's wrong because THEY couldn't replicate my issue.<br> <br> After two weeks, since they couldn't REPLICATE my problem, I had a friend go and pick it up. They didn't even bother returning the anti-static packet I had when I brought it in. Later this very evening, I tested it and it still doesn't boot, even on other people's rigs.<br> <br> Did they even bother testing it? I highly doubt it. It's a wasted time and effort. And it honestly feels like they ********ted this whole time.
