Customer Mistreated Beware

My Antec TruePower, 750w, 80 PLUS Gold ,that i had ordered on 2015-04-30(of which the delivery was completely delayed [5 days ],the PSU started giving me issues ,informed them on the 2016/01/04 they informed me that i would have to pay courier fees to drop the product off at them,i tested the PSU again an it came on so i cancelled the ticket.I had re-created the ticket again on the 2016/01/24 as the PSU had stopped working completely ,they got back to me on the 26th of which the courier came through on the 27th (not happy about having to pay as it is not the fault of the consumer) ,i had emailed them on the 2016/02/03 cause they had not kept me informed as to what was happening ,they informed me that the product was faulty and asked if i would like to wait or receive credit ,i informed them that i will wait ,later the same day they informed me that there are no swapouts and that their supplier has not renewed their contract with their supplier thus forcing me to take credit (cannot refund cause it's after 6 months). I informed them that the 5 Year warrenty stands with me and them not me and their supplier ,they said they can only do credit.Delivery & Terms where never presented
