A living Nightmare The worst experience of my life

<p>A truly terrible unprofessional experience almost bordering on decietfull and underhanded. In all good faith we ordered the manufacture of a specific, custom made surfboard. All specifications were provided and agreed upon. Full payment was requested before the board was made and we obliged. In addition we were requested to pay for the handling and shipping of their product. Two days later, we received, via airfreight, a completely different surboard to what we ordered which was both inferior in quality and damaged beyond use. We endeavoured to rectify this matter with the company at hand and were given nothing except a run-around, excuses and feeble attempts to explain away the issues at hand. Basically, Rebel Surfboards assumed no responsibility, took the money and palmed off a highly inferior product. I would advise anybody with any form of integrity, NEVER to do business with this company. </p>
