Positively pleasant interaction

I had a issue with the laces supp**** with one of their range of safety boots. They responded positively to my concerns, and are investigating alternatives to the type of laces the boots are supp**** with. Have been promised feed back. They replaced the laces for my boots in the mean time though. Am very impressed satisfied with their response to the issue. Customer service is a real thing, which is pleasantly surprizing. They also stand behind their product. Certainly will keep this positive experience in mind, when in future need to purchase PPE for employees or myself.
