Poor Response to complaint.
A little over a week ago. I called to complain about the poor quality of the laces supp**** with the safety boots bought end December 2020. The laces are destroyed after only two and half months ??? They were quite friendly and heard the issues I have with the type of lace that's supp**** with the safety boot. Was promised feed back and how this can be resolved. But have had no response???

The style of safety boot you purchased comes with standard laces of an excellent quality. During the discussion you had with our Sales Manager, she confirmed that it would have been better to purchase a style of boot suited to the application and environment as well as spats designed to protect against heat. You mentioned that you spent some time in the boots grinding, and this may have led to some spark and heat damage. We have a wide range of safety boots and shoes designed for almost every application (including heat resistance) and we pride ourselves on supplying quality products that are designed for harsh environments. We will contact you to provide additional feedback and a resolution.
