Outstanding safety boots, and even better customer service!

Recently had a new pair of safety shoes break on me. I messaged their support line and received some of the best customer service I have ever received.

NO arguments that it was my fault after providing photos of the issue. NO extra costs for a replacement. It was ruled a manufacturing defect and I had a new pair of safety boots within 2 days.
