Poor service

I called REBEL LOCKSMITH LEADS COMPANY on the 29th of August, and they came to my property to replace the lock. I realized that the lock doesn't lock after they had left. I paid them for the service. I was given an invoice and I was told that I have a 5year guarantee. I have been trying to get hold of them, but I have been unsuccessful. They just ignore my messages and don't take my calls. The service and treatment is appalling to say the least. I would not recommend to anyone.
