Contaminated Purchase

Dear Rebel Foods Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a purchase I made at your Atlas branch in Boksburg ahead of the Easter weekend. I purchased several items, including a boar product. While preparing the meat with my family a few days before the Easter weekend, my husband cut into the boar and discovered a fly inside the meat. This was extremely disturbing and unacceptable, especially considering this was food intended for consumption. As a result, we had to discard the entire meal, leading to a financial loss on our side. I have retained all relevant proof, including: Photos of the contaminated product Proof of purchase Packaging of the product I previously attempted to resolve this matter by submitting a query via your contact form, but I have not received any response to date. This lack of communication is disappointing. I kindly request that you urgently get in contact with me to resolve this matter, including reimbur*****t for the affected product and an explanation of how this occurred.
