Suggestion to be very careful if dealing with this 'company' and individual. CIPC has no record of her company, Hamilton Investments actually being registered with them. Similarly, The Estate Agency Affairs Board has no record of her or her ''company'' being registered with them, or any record of them holding the required FFC certificate. Lastly, the individual involved was incredibly condescending, rude and arrogant in the very brief and only interaction I have had with her last week.
