Reargentum FNB Debit Orders

This company debited R129 this morning from my FNB account I don't even know who they are or what they do. And FNB didn't even send a debit check for me to authorize?? These banks need stop giving ****mers access to our money. I reversed the debit, but guess what, FNB will charge me for that reversal aswell. So I'm losing money either way.
