Very Angry and Unimpressed with Reamor Strand 1

I'm writing on behalf of my mother Anna Kate Mothoa regarding her Clearance Certificate that she needs to get ASAP. It's been 2 years since she has paid up all her dues and till to date there's no information or follow-up from this company regarding her Clearance Certificate to be issued. No one is calling her or even sending emails or even an SMS. I'm so disappointed, disgusted and dissatisfied with how she is treated and all she needs is her Clearance Certificate/Letter. I hope this platform will make a difference in her situation because really we can't go on like this.
