Realty PA - Brad Flemming

I had a deeply unprofessional experience with a sales representative named Brad Flemming from Realty PA. He came to pitch a product to our company, but instead of focusing on the product, he took an inappropriate and troubling approach. First, he openly shared personal information about our direct competitor, which felt highly unprofessional and *********. But it didn't stop there. Once my boss left the room, Brad began asking personal questions which made me very uncomfortable as a female alone. The conversation then turned to him trying to solicit me and poach me

This level of disrespect and boundary-crossing made me uncomfortable and left me questioning his motives. Not only did he fail to maintain a professional demeanor, but his comments and actions made it clear that he had no regard for ethical sales practices or how to engage with a female by flirting with me. Needless to say, I won’t be considering any products from him or his company in the future, and I highly suggest others be cautious when dealing with him.
