No Response to request for information on Seller

I have bought my home through Realtydoor - Jacques and within the purchase agreement several conditions were stipulated since the home was under renovation. After several months some of the conditions were not met yet and I want to take action against the previous owner/contractor.<br> I have asked Jacques several times from February 2015 for their detail with no response at all. He contact the contractor but give no feedback.
