Unhappy with name being on lease while, I moved out.

I was under a joint lease with someone, and I decided to move out end of December 2020, yet I am still getting calls from that apartment which is Paddocks Fourways Dainfern unit 17, I haven’t gotten any feedback and I think my name is still under the lease, I have been reaching out to the agent Clint Dart, and his been saying it has been removed however it hasn’t and it’s giving me issues as I now cannot apply for other places as my name is under a lease of which I no longer live at the address, Clint hasn’t sent any form of confirmation stating my name has been removed and it’s been months and I’m struggling on my end, all he does is gives me stories I am tired and I want my name of ASAP as I no longer live there. Can I kindly get help on this it was under Docksiderealty
