Realty1 Properties horrible service.

I have never in my life experienced such incompetence and rudeness from a property company. After renting one of their listed properties and paid two months rent ahead, the service just became horrible. It took me 8days to move into a property i paid for because the maintenance lady with the name Cynthia did not care whether i could access the property or not after they had promised to fix the things that was still broken. every time i call her to enquire she shouts at me with empty promises and lies and puts the phone down before i could even finish my query. I work with clients and i always make them 1st priority unlike realty1 who is only interested in the money but not deliverance of client service.

Very disappointed......
