This is the most unprofessional real estate agency I have ever dealt with. They are the reason I stopped renting and bought my own place. The real estate agent showing the house told us that the property allowed three pets. She did not contact the body corporate and when I app**** for three pet they only approved two and was told I signed the contract and this is my problem. The real estate agency also requested a once of fee and provided no service at all. The rental contract states that the agency is not responsible for maintenance and the owner did not want to pay for maintenance. The contract stated that wear and tear needs to be paid for by the owner, he did not comply and the agency did noting to help. The agency blindly chose the owner's side and I had to pay. The owner then advertised the property, the estate agent never saw the place before hand but advertised it as if he knowledge of the place. He also did not disclose all the faults with the property and when I tried to contact the buyer to tell him the agent told me to mind my own business. Also the agent does not keep with the times requested and just cancels appointments. Obviously when the new owner saw the defects he blamed me, the entry inspection showed I was not to blame but again the agent took no responsibility. I will never in my life use this agency again or advise someone to use them. I have proof of all this said here. I also have the names of the agents if requested.
