Realty1 doesnt give deposit back

`We rented a house from Realty1 Moreletapark from March to July 2019 and still have not received our deposit back. We have had issues with them since day 1 of moving into the house. We decided to move out of the house after we all agreed that the house needs too much maintenance and fixing (from plumbing to windows with no security bars that couldn't lock). We had to take off of work to accommodate all the contractors on numerous even though still paying full rent. We had the final inspection and we have requested the deposit back but we still haven't received it even though contract states it needs to be returned within 30 days after final inspection.
