Poor Service

My wife & I are 1st time home buyers. This was made clear to Realty 1 from the start of the process. The only service Realty 1 provided was showing us the property that was listed for sale & sending us the paper work to be completed in order to put in an offer to purchase. We received the keys for our new home on Monday 31/08/2015 (without a Realty 1 representative present)... Whenever we requested information of the process to follow, we got a 1 liner emails back telling us to ask someone else (the attorney, etc). These responses usually took 2 to 3 days after repeated requests for the information. Realty 1's service is shocking and I would not recommend Realty 1 to any prospective home buyer or seller.
