Pathetic Managing Agent

Pathetic managing agent. Don't expect them to collect any rental income. They didn't even make an attempt to rectify the situation. I had to find out via the general worker that the tenants moved out. Realty wasn't aware of this. Pathetic.

The also neglected to charge the levies for outstanding monies to the tenant and for them to return calls was near impossible. They were always "busy"...
