HORRIBLE

Absolutely horrible realtors. They allowed us to sign a lease and pay 16000 for an apartment with no electricity. Refused to get the owner to connect it, who was also just as rude as the staff. They told us it was our fault we took so long to find an apartment in December, and then proceeded to tell me "**** happens". The real estate agent would not talk to me as my name was not on the lease even though I was a paying tenant. They cancelled our lease without warning after I complained and kicked us out our apartment, and supported the owner who wanted us out in FOUR days so she could re-list the apartment. They would not refund us rent for the 16 days we had no power, so we were homeless and could not pay the deposit for a new place as they took so long to refund us the 16K.
