Disappointed Tenant

We have had terrible experience with Realty1 in Barberton. We cancelled our year contract, three months early.. By giving a months' notice in writing. We were informed on moving in, that we would have a R1000 penalty to pay if we moved out early. Now they are full of excuses since us moving out, thinking up new excuses daily why not to refund our deposit. We are at wits ends. We have only had a terrible experience since day 1 of moving in, with no repairs done and soiled toilets.

I would not recommend them to anybody to use as a rental agent! Extremely disappointed and still waiting for my deposit!
