Defamation of Character

<p>I would like to complain about the rude service received by a Rental Consultant at this Branch. After requesting a lower interest rate increase on my Lease Agreement I was told that I am cheeky to ask and that I should budget better and not make my problems her problems.</p> <p>She did not even really want to put the request forward to the Owner of the property and I had to fight to convince her to do it.</p>
