Caledon street 38 EXT 2 Nigel Refund

I have given notice to this company for the end of may 2015. On 4 may Annetjie Goosen informed me that we have to vacate the premises before 9 may as there are new tenants that want to move in on the 9th. We then rushed to get everything done, schools etc and even had to put my dog down because of this behaviour. On thursday the 7th may at 15:50 Annetjie phoned to let me know we don`t have to rush anymore as the tenants will not be moving in. We have already moved 90% of our house, had to pay people to help and rent a bakkie! Now i ask for my surplus rent to be paid out, her response \ you are still liable for the rest of the month"after she forced us to move on such short notice and cancelling on number 99. My wife suffer from a heart condition and had to see the doctor afterwards because she put to much strain on herself to get everything done"
