BAD SERVICE, NOT KEEPING TO THEIR OWN CONTRACT

We rented a property from Realty1 Nigel, the owner of the house Janine is also working for them. The house was in a bad condition when we moved in, but promises by Janine was made that she will fix everything up. We also noticed a water mark on the ceiling and she said that it has been fixed. It wasn't and we had damage. We asked her to repair it and she just said NO she is not going to fix it. She had to repair the shower glass door and only after a huge fight and me suggesting a shower curtain did she repair that. I had to get the water on my name but could not do that because the water bill is in arrears. She made me go to the municipality more than once to try and get it in my name and even got nasty with me NOT MY PROBLEM if she doesn't pay the water. Janine asked us to move because her son is moving into the house, we have always paid our rent on time. I was then constantly called and reminded that the house must be clean and carpets washed before moving out. When we moved in I got cigarette buds in the cupboards. We also replaced curtain railings, did some paint work and fixing some stuff up for her. House was in a 100%. Struggled to get deposit & they kept some money bac
