Bad Customer Service

We rented a property from Realty 1 in Nelspruit, for a period od 12 months, with a review every 3 months. We were pushed into paying the deposit and the admin fee. Then when we moved in, the landlady changed We suffered verbal abuse of offensive language and petty threats , had stones thrown at my pets, . We had to be out at the end of December 2015 , and were only told on the 11 of December., 2 months after the contract was inititated. We received no written notification, only a phone call. We moved out on the 28th and when we asked for the inspection to be conducted, this happened 2 days later., 7 Days later, i have still gotten no deposit and now they want to deduct money for items that our Landlady and a private contractor bought and I am now being held responsible for. They wont pay my deposit until he returns the items. This has forced me unwittingly into breach of contract with my new landlady. They are also in breach of contract. AS long as they get the money, they have no intention of paying it back . This is what you call customer service from people who rely on others for their business. Eish,, what a shame!!
