Appalling service for Lessor and Superb service for Lessee

<p>Realty1 humours the Lessor but sides with the Lessee. The Lessee can dictate what increase is payable and the Lessor just get informed with notification of payment "Sorry the Lessor can't afford the increase". Also a filthy house is apparently squeaky clean !and the deposit can't be used to clean it. The same goes for broken remotes.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thus, if you want to rent, Realty1 is the agency for you BUT if you want to rent your place out STAY AWAY, far away, from REALTY1!</p> <p> </p>
