Realty Emporium Theft

I rented an apartment in Halfway Gardens/Carlswald at Cottonwood complex from Realty Emporium. I left in July and I was sent a final statement with a quotation attached worth R1684.75 as part of proof of works done due to damages as a result of my occupation. The Lease agreement clearly states that receipts will be submitted as proof of costs incurred not quotation. This is clear theft. On the R1684.75 quotation was replacement of bulbs when the lease clearly states consumables are the Tenants responsibility. Also, how can one damage the ceiling board to the bath room? Any damage to this area should due to fair wear and tear. I left the walls in good condition except the ceiling in the bathroom? Really? I dealt with a lady called Tavonga who has never responded to my complaint. I have to be refunded the R1684.75 as a quotation is not proof of costs incurred! Henry
