Prejudicial tenant contracts & unresponsive tenant customer service

They take forever to attend to maintenance issues. I have living in a property that has a broken window that has been this way since before I moved in, it’s still not fixed to date.(7 months ago).

On top of your initial deposit, you will be required to pay a standard cleaning fee ranging from R400 - R800 depending on the size of the property, should you decide to vacate the property.

They will charge you R900 at every time you renew the lease/ or the rent increases, whether or not you decide to vacate the property.
