Poor property management

Realty 1 Middelburg has proven countless times in the almost 5 years dealing with them that their company is incapable of managing the complex. The complex I bought property in keeps getting burgled, cars broken into and is not well maintained. The issue with appointing a security company has been on the agenda for 5 years and is still a talking point to this day with no resolution. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Realty 1 through as many channels as possible because I've had enough of paying levies for sub standard service. I keep losing tenants because of this.
