Why must i wait for my own money.

Realtime marketing company charged my credit card account I cancelled the contract within the 5 day cancellation period. i asked for the transaction to be reversed because i cancelled. I returned their package in its original state.They refusing to pay me my money this month. I stated i want my money back, they me experience unnecessary bank charges because they took of a large amount of R4 800. I just want the transaction reversed, I bank with Nedbank and so does the company, Now Roxanne is making me wait 30 days for WHAT??? i really don't know.<br> I am really upset with **** service they portray to their clients, they do not explain terms and conditions of the contract.
