Total breach of contract

Realtime marketing salesperson solde a holiday package. I was so convinced by his wonderful sales pitch that I signed a contract. <br> <br> Firstly, I was supposed to pay a deposit of 4700 over 36 months. They deducted the total amount once off. <br> By then I got suspicious, <br> The salesperson would not take my calls.<br> I then tried to cancel my contract by sending a letter of cancellation to the holiday club and realtime marketing.<br> To that there were no responses. After endless tome on the phone to them little was done! Nothing to be exact.<br> <br> I've already contacted my lawyer and will be taking legal action soon if my deposit is not paid back.<br> <br> In truth I can now see the sales people and staff are in on it together. They **** to me about membership fees which are enormous!<br> They also said on the phone that this has never happened? After I said surely this has happened before? And by all the comments on this site I see now they were lying.
