Still waiting for a REFUND

I signed up with Real Time Marketing on the 22nd July , the very next day after going through the paperwork i realised that it wasnt for me, i have paid an amount of R3000 + and was advised that i would be refunded. To date i have not received my money. The last reference number is got WAS 00BV1Y . Your assistance urgent would be apprciated.
