incorrect debit from my account

My partner and i were in umhlanga and we got a chance to scratch and won and we were told to go for a presentation,so we did znd we ended up winning a 7 day stay in south africa,we also bought those points yhey told us about,but we were advised we will pay R5217 but it will be broken up in R170 per month,but today my account has been debited the whole amount of R5217,i want my money now please and cancel this damn thing as you give out wrong info to people
