I signed a debit order with a company 2 years ago. Since then i have cancelled the debit order in sept 2020. Ever since then Real pay has kept debiting my account with that amount. I have sent in numerous requests - company says it has been cancelled yet real pay keeps deducting? I cancel it with the bank, reverse it every month. Then real pay goes, changes the reference number or reference and the debit order goes off again! 8 months now! I would not recommend anyone signing a debit order with a company that works through real pay.
